!!!WHAT is GOING On???

Is anyone having the same problems I'm having with RDC for the past month or so?
1.) It's taking longer than usual to get in.
2) Often it says "site too busy, try again."
3.) When replying to a thread it just sits there thinking
4.) Then I went to "Reply with Quote" and again it just sat there thinking.
5.) Now I'm in "Quick Reply" and it's OK to use.
6.) I have to get out of RDC several times to finally get in.

I first thought it was internet connection, but I have no problems with other sites.
Then I checked my computer and cleaned it up. Still the same, slow when I try to get in RDC.
JUst this week I changed to a new internet service provider (Charter). They are cable and faster than my wireless. It's still the same when it comes to RDC. Anything else it flies to the site.

What gives? I know it's not my computer since I have three and all three act the same way and when I try to come in through other computers elsewhere (not part of my IP service), it does the same.

Is it their band-with? Is RDC so big that it cannot handle the people trying to come in? Too many ADs. Not enough ads? Maybe add more horsepower to the site?

I can tell you it's a bit frustrating. Even to post this it took me about 5 minutes to get in.
Anyone else having the same problem? Otherwise, I'll have to throw all my computers out the window and start from scratch.

I had some slow loading after they changed the format of the site. But seams to be better last couple weeks???????? My computer is old though so who knows.

Do you use Internet Explorer? It is dumb sometimes. Download google chrome thats what I use its really fast.

Yes, I changed to Google Chrome about 2 months ago, thinking that it was because of Internet Explorer that was running slow. I also have and tried Mozilla Fox and Safari. They all act the same.
Having said that, to reply to your comment this morning, I hit "Reply with Quote" and it changed immediately to "Quick Reply" (can't edit it or view before sending). That's not what I wanted. That was the case yesterday and days, weeks before. Go figure.
I appreciate everyone's input on this. Maybe the guys at RDC, can turn off my "governor" and allow me to be like everyone else--full speed ahead! LOL

Yea the site really sux trying to use FireFox, I learned to Right click and open link in new window to do any thing like rep,look at pics,reply with quote, I gave up on multi quote and just add the html tags my self.

OK, NOW what is going on???? Too many errors loading pages, I can't give rep, too often it says "server busy please try again later"....Please tell me you guys are doing some server upgrades or something right now...I have to sneek in to every thread the hard way....

I know they have a "** OOH LA LA**** OOH LA LA**** OOH LA LA**** OOH LA LA** list" setting that will make the person trying to get on have a bunch of errors. I am not saying that is whats happening, but it could happen. Wipe your cookies and try to log on without being logged in. If it goes smooth, then starts up again when you log in, your on the list.
