cant really see where the guy was at from the video, nevertheless that guy should not have been on the course!.
at first i was thinking ohh no, he's gonna wipe out the guys in red shirts on the top of the jump.

Luckily the amberlamps were there in a hurry!

Doesn't look like they are on the course per se... looks like the course veers left after the jump, and this brilliant guys were standing on the outside of the turn.

The jumps is straight but the landing and course turns away slighty. Those spectators unwisely were standing on the outside of a corner and after a straight away with jump.

Great place to get hit, way down in Baja. The stupidity that is shown at races in mexico is beyond belief. Just when you think you have seen it all another pops up that defies the last one. Is it a prerequisite to leave your brain at home when going to watch one of these races? Why in hell would these people be standing there? Poor guy not only has to fix his race car, but has to live with the fact he may have killed some dope.

i don't think anyone in their right mind would want to yell at spectators during a time like this.

That would be my worst nightmare, killing a spectator while in a foriegn country.... Don't even want to think about it!
It's too far south to try to load the car onto the trailer and make a dash for the border.
There really arnt any options but to stay there and try to work things out. Good luck on that one!
