BEFORE the race???? Not really a promo, is it?? That's is the kind of stuff that makes it hard to get people / race teams / spectators to travel that far for such an event if you miss already professionalism at such a simple thing. That's what I meant with my remark before on marketing.

Well, if you think the races here in Baja Sur lack professionalims, you should ask some of the american racers that have come to compete here, they liked the way they have been threated by the fans, and i can asure you they were amazed about the amount of people that show up to the races, yeah, i know the marketing is not as good like up north, but still the teams race their hearts out, and try to be as professional as they can, both of the championship have their own promoters, and both championships are very reliable and professional, i know as a racer that the promoters sometimes need to be better in somethings, but they are doing a great job on keeping the sport going, it would be nice to see more guys from up north come to compete more often, we like good competition. Have you race down here? or just come and see the races? because is a lot different to just be and spectator and being out there in the desert, and maybe your perspective would change a little bit. Just my opinion.

You said it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! some guy just is a negative tool without ever something positive to say, and only promotes his websites. We all see through it.

You want racers and teams to drive down the peninsula to compete you better adapt your marketing to what they are used to!! They will never find out about the racing at BCS past the Baja 1000 since they never will make it down the Baja with unanswered e-mails, turned of websites, not returned phone calls etc. And so not only the sport but also the area is missing out on created revenue. Could be elevated exposure for sponsors that makes them happy and stay in the sport etc.
There is always room for improvement. The things I talked about have nothing to do with the racers and race teams from BCS. They have no influence on that at all., they give, just like may racers north of the border their last to do their sport.
Read above again....
More as sufficient raced as well more as sufficient knowledge and experoence on motor sport marketing otherwise I could not make that statements, could I??? That would be B'S'ing and of that is already enough in BCS motorsport... Just my opinion....
So, you are talking about not having a good marketing program that would attract more racers from up north, and that the promoters down here have to adapt their marketing to what you guys up north are used to, well, thatīs why there are races up north and down south, you have SCORE, BITD, two of the biggest racing promoters in off-road racing, down here we have Probaja, and U-Pro, both of them are improving each year, and the entries are going up each year, they have had their ups and downs, and believe me, we have been one of the teams pushing to better things along with others. If you donīt trust any of the two racing promoters down here, well thatīs your opinion, but i know some american racers that loved when they came to compete against the locals or even when they just saw the races. You are just focusing on the marketing, and not saying anything nice about the races down south so, of course you affect the racing teams, if you only care about the marketing, who is the narrow minded???

this promo is for video of the race ... not to promote the race itself, this is the job of the organizer, not ours. and the website is not suspended, not my problem that your computer does not work.
and there is no better promotion than the opinion of the pilots who come and say in their country of origin
