Good soure for mandrel bent 2.5" pipe?

I need to make some custom intercooler piping and I am looking for some mandrel bent pipe. I want to use 2.5" and I would need a few 45 degree pieces and a few 90 degree pieces. Don't exhaust shops buy pre-bent stuff and then cut and weld whatever they need? Where do they get it? I know they don't pay the kind of pricing that these import auto shops are charging. I saw a intercooler hard pipe kit the other day for $600 just for the pipes, not including the intercooler! I also need a few feet of 2.5" turbo hose, who has the best pricing on that?

You can get mandrel bent exhaust tubing from summit and jegs.

alot of the exhaust companys sell boxs of blems pretty cheap, hooker headers also sells U bends and j bends for a decent price.

Allied is right there in OC somewhere. They are one of the sources for true mandrel bent U's, J's, & L's that places like JCW and your local muffler shop buy from.

burns stainless and reid washborn racing exhaust , both in oc area have mandrel bent stainless and inconel.

I have a Mandrel Bender here at work........whatever degree bend in Stainless 2.50" or anything else, let me know.....I bend up some pieces for ya. Glad to be of help.

I need two pieces of 1.5 mild steel or DOM .120 wall bent at a 33" diameter for about 90 degrees (for spare tire mounts). Anybody around who has access to a mandrel bender for this kind of tubing? Thanks. BTW, did anybody in San Felipe see the horse carcass on the south side of highway 5 about Kilometer 65? Poor little dude got mowed down by somebody and flung off the road.

What you need for a 33" radius is a roller. Check your local metal distb. We had a local shop in ventura do the on on the back of our truck
