Cool Good job SCORE on the course rules

Well its been a year since the 2009 Baja 500 and the infamous penalty party. I know it irked a lot of people but the wake up call needed to happen.

I think that this year's race was pretty darn well managed from a course marking and compliance standpoint. Using Virtual CPs is definitely the way to go because it ensures that people aren't taking big shortcuts but that there is still plenty of 'open running' and either/or lines for racers to find while prerunning to give them the edge. In short, I felt like I knew from the get-go exactly what we were allowed to do and what we weren't allowed to do and that helped us come up with a good gameplan for the race.

Good job SCORE! Now, if we could just unscrew the mess of getting into and out of contingency and staging.....

how about the mess trying to get into ojos sat am --- that pretty much blew -- glad we were a TT team instead of a bike team .... that was a straight up joke, but otherwise good job 'Score' on other aspects of the race weekend !!!!!!!!!!!!!! (i know it wasn't scores fault for the miltary checkpoint, but maybe they should put a good word in for us all) ;-)
    not just a "spectator" .....

Also congrats to SCORE for getting the tracking review done quickly and posting prompt race results. Seems the system is working.
It's not about how much faster you can go, it's about how much longer you can go faster.
