Truck is cool. No major component failures. How many miles are you at now with the truck? Congrats again.
CLASS 7-2 (Unlimited 2.2/2.4-Liter Truck)—1. Ron Stobaugh/Lance Clifford, Georgetown, Calif., BajaLite-Chevy, 21:41:26 (20.23mph) (3 Starters 1 Finisher)
Congrats on the finish just doing that was a big deal!
Congrats on the finish in a tough race.
Looks like the same finishing speed as Sportsman UTV.
OVERALL SPT UTV (660cc, 4-wheel utility vehicle)—1. Thomas Graves/Soledad Martinez, El Cajon, Calif./Daniel Graves, San Diego, Yamaha Rhino, 21:41:39 (20.23mph) (5 Starters, 1 Finisher)
Yeah it was a long day for sure. We were stopped many times, once for 2 1/2 hours going through fuel, connections, spark plugs, charging system, everything. Our goal at that point was to just finish the race. We flew by one poor UTV guy at least 6 times, only to stop and work on the truck. It was kinda comical in the tortoise and hare kinda way...
It was team effort to remember. This class has a lot of promise, and will surprise people very soon with high overall finishing positions.
