Toby heard a rumor from another dog, that "someone" aquired a "Tutor" to help hone their skillz and they spent the day in the hot sun, getting tanned and edumicated... Freebie advice for running up front and possibly winning class 9 this weekend: Follow Bud and stay right behind him all night, then pass him and finish in front of him on the last lap. Voila, you should be at or near the front... unless he brings the bug, then even peeing on the tires won't help either of you .
