After 16 months of development and over 3500 race miles of pre release testing, our new pressure cast, 16x4", wide 5 "Buggy Wheel" is available and in stock. The goal was to create the strongest, lightest, limited class race wheels in the industry and realizing a vacum in the 16" wheel arena we targeted this size as our first offering. Working with an offshore manufacturer who is the OEM supplier to: MBZ, Toyota and Honda in the Asian markets as well as Polaris Europe and North America; we feel we've found the optimum manufacturing partner. The design was tested virtually than physically after tooling with load dissapation and strength as the key goal and criteria and we have exceeded our expectations and those of comparable products in the industry. Testing, QA and QC are being conducted both at the factory overseas and at an aerospace supplier in Southern California to ensure the highest quality in the industry. This entire process has delivered a superior design and product specifically for the limited class racer. The stout 2000lb load rating is almost double that of the current spun wheels in the market and offers adequate strength to meet the demands of the 1600, 12, 10, 5 and 5/16 competitors while keeping them as light as possible.
