I wear Redwings 8 hours a day. They're comfy for me and I have a tool belt around me that weighs 10-15 pounds at times. Just get fitted up properly.
Don't bother me. I'm wasting potential.
Life's a grave, dig it.

Re: ..In need of a GOOD work shoe/boot..
I have had both Red Wings and Wolverines and I like the Wolverines much better. But you need to make sure you get the Dura-Shock work boot. Not only have I liked them better, but the customer service at Wolverine is top notch. I had a pair of Wolverine Dura Shocks that were going on 3 years old. I started to notice the blue part of the Dura shock soul started to become gooey soft and chunks were peeling off the shoe. I called Worlverine and explained what was happening. I was hoping for some sort of discount voucher or something. They then e-mailed me a form to fill out and told me to mail my shoes to them. Less then 2 weeks later I got a call from Wolverine and they told me they were mailing me a new pair of shoes, and asked if I wanted the same color or a different color then what I had. A few days later and new pair of shoes were on my doorstep. Almost 3 year old shoes and they warranted them. Besides being comfortable their service has sold me on being a long time customer.

I have pretty high arches in my feet.. as much as I like skate shoes, the flat souls suck. Most comfy pair of shoes I've had are also the ugliest lol. Asics Gel.
