Taking a stab at it. This car may have been raced by the Creasy's several years ago. It may now be or was owned by the Dumas's, Nick being one of my highschool buddy's said he had a yellow 9 car he had been "working" on. If any of the names sound familar I can prob get some more info. Also Forest Creasy post's on here or at least lurks. He may chime in.
It's an old chenowth frame. you can tell by the front fiberglass piece and the rear roll cage and the front bumper design. not sure you raced it last, but i can tell you that it hasnt raced in Vorra for the past couple of years. maybe jack bonesteel, keith ison in the early 1990's. good luck with it. Eric Steiger knows more than me, you should ask him. My old 2-seater was bought by the Looney's and races in the MDR series in Plaster City, I believe it is white now. Peace Forest
