Kyle Busch at Crandon??
Kyle Busch has been at Crandon today putting laps down with a pro2. The reports are that he is having a lot of fun and likes the off road racing. Sounds like he likes turn one. It is good to see him taking time out to practice for the up comming race. He is serious about the race and not just showing up looking for a paycheck. He was very nice to everyone and was getting advice from guys like Jeff Kincaid about lines on the track. Sounds like he was pretty fast. Who knows maybe he will be racing Saturday at Crandon this fall?? The great Rob Mac and others are there as well.

Re: Kyle Busch at Crandon??
In light of all the other stuff going on, this is cool news. Being the BA wheelman that KB is, along with him taking pointers from other racers, I'm willing to bet he'll be a contender.
Unless of course he blows a tire and tries to come in for a 14 second pit stop....LOL!

Re: Kyle Busch at Crandon??
Would be cool to have him at the Big House. Didn't he mention something about Crandon in Atlanta last year? Maybe RG can get Kyle, Jimmie and Brendan all on the plane...
Keep us posted on what kind of lap times he is running.

Re: Kyle Busch at Crandon??
I have been told some lap times but I would prefer to wait and get the times right from the source. He said he wants to find a way to be there to race against Robby. I guess they have ran some rail cars together but he wants to take Robby on in a pro 2. Until they prove me wrong my money is still on Rob Mac, RJ, or Jeff Kincaid but it does make it interesting.

Re: Kyle Busch at Crandon??
He looked pretty good for his first time out. No problem through turn one. Jeff Kincaid and Scott Taylor were working with him. He seemed very excited to be in a short course race truck and eager to improve his times.

Re: Kyle Busch at Crandon??
At practice today in crandon Kyle Busch's final and fastest track time was 1.24.8 in the Traxxis Pro 2 truck. Right after Rob Mac. got in the same traxxis pro 2 and ran a 1.24.7 for his fastest lap. Keep in mind the pro 2 was still geared for barkriver so in was very under geared for crandon. For being KBs first time in a pro 2 and running the same times as the Legend Rob Mac. I think its safe to say that KB is definitely going to be a contender. Also for the people who are wondering if KB will show up in crandon in labor day weekend, KB said that he would love to come to crandon and beat Robby Gordon but sadly his schedule with nascar messes things up. But all in all KB said he really enjoyed him self and turn one is his favorite part of the track!
