Re: Raptor advice
any advice on the traction control turning itself back on issue we have had ? nothing like going for some power in a bad spot and having it bog to nothing.

KOOK!
Re: Raptor advice
I only have had that happen to me once and I think it had more to do with how I was pushing the button. I wasn't sure it was off so I pushed it again which I think turned it back on but in the off road mode.

Re: Raptor advice
So for anyone with a stock Raptor that hasn't moved the front spring perches up to the middle perch is missing out! I've had my Raptor since the middle of December and have only had it out in the desert once since then..... I was impressed for a stock vehicle but to be honest after watching all the video's of what everyone was doing in their Raptors I thought they must be beating them to death! I just figured most of these people don't know what it really can be like and they were in heaven with the Raptor. That being said, I finally took the time to move up to the middle perch today and have found a whole different truck!! So if you still have a stock one and aren't planning on putting all the added suspension on. Do your self a favor and move up to the middle perch!

Did you switch to 4x4 or lock the diff? Doing either will reset the trac control. I wish there was a hard switch for offroad mode and trac...

Simply Stunning
Drove our Raptor from Mexicali down to Cabo on the Norra 1000 course playing official sweep and tow vehicle. Not one problem the whole way down, and those trucks are dang impressive with how fast you can go down those roads an how well they handle. We put 37" BFG projects on and not one flat tire. These trucks are the real deal, and I'm definitely sold on how awesome these trucks work in all types of off-road terrain.

Re: Raptor advice
I don't know why anyone would buy a Raptor unless they have money to burn.... you are paying for a brand... look at the price. Buy an F150 and put the extra money into having it build. You will get a much better pre-runner. Raptors are for rich schmucks that don't know much about offroad, or rich schmucks that just have too much money so they just but whatever they want...... do some specs research before laying the cash down......

I am guessing you had a shop do your mid perch adjustment for you.... It's a mild leveling kit.... it raises the front end up 1.5 inches... thats it... placebo....
