For the 5th Annual Mojave Desert Racing Enthusiasts Powder Puff Race To End Breast Cancer (October 8-9 in Barstow, California), Koenig Racing will field a talented all woman team. Karen Koenig, Tina Brink, Adrienne Paterson and Ashley Robinson (a high school senior who is giving up Homecoming weekend, prom and all, to raise money for the cause) will be racing to win. They’re paying all their own expenses, but they’re looking for donations from the public that they will then forward to the Cedar Sinai Breast Cancer Research Institute. The Koenig racing crew had the truck on display at a local car show this past weekend. DP8 movies were sold with benefits going straight to Cedar Sinai Breast Cancer Research Institute. Good times were had, and Ashley was able to spread the word to many people.
