Its just a double ended cable like you would use to hook your iPod up to a stereo with a 3.5mm jack on each end, but the jacks themselves are pinned out correctly to work with the iPhone. I don't know if this exact cable would be what you would want to put audio out to your camera but for sure PCI or RacerX would know and can make you one. The simple answer to your problem is to just give those guys a call, tell them what you want to do, and I guarantee they can hook you up.

Yes, give us a call and we will make you a cable that records audio from all intercom positions as well as the music if you are running that as well. The cable will plug into the short 9 pin molex pigtail out of the back of the intercom.
