tires and wheels
The ol ladys ride needs tires and they are 18" on a bone stock ltz crew cab silverado my question is will a 16" or a 17" rim/wheel fit and clear the brake calipers? I REFUSE to spend $275 bucks a tire just becuse they are 18" hell I'll buy new wheels/rims and tires for less than that. sorry for the rant.

Re: tires and wheels
Shop around for used tires. My last two sets were used with very little usage. Both sets were 37 x 18. One set was a wheel/tire combo for $1k. Another was a set of Mud Grapplers for $600.

Re: tires and wheels
you need to search tire rack, many choices for under 200 each in 18's, then take the print out of what you want to discount tire, they usually will beat the price
