Sorry I have no photos, I grilled bacon, brisket burgers tonight. First time this way. 2 lbs 80/20 GB, about 3 slices of bacon finely choped (was frozen, cut a bit off the end)(then let it thaw and on the weber it went) and about 1/8 lb of brisket I had smoked and froze choped fine. Good but next time more bacon.
