Rear linked suspension?
why is no one doing rear linked suspension any more?

I could be wrong but I think there is a truck or two still running that style.
You might not see more of that style for the KISS principle, you basically have the same set up as a 4-link (with shocks mounted to the lower arms) with a more complex shock arrangement.
Didn't the Monster Garage TT run that and get taken out by some bumper love that tweaked the alinement of the shock arms?

x2... rick johnson runs this set up and does very well, the old CST TT that was for sale a while back also had this set up... a couple of prerunners have this also. links are much more proven i would think.

alot of trucks are linked. thats a different style using mezzazine(sp?) arms
theres gils frontier that runs that style arm

it also helps with the weight bias, with alot of weight up front it balances the vehicle having the extra weight at the extreme rear

Looks cool. Hard to believe one bolt holds all of that to the axle. What's that bolt made out of, and how big is it?
