Wicked Front Inner Fender Fab Work Thread?

    Hi guys,

A while ago I came across a set of posts on some wicked inner front fender fab work, but now I can't find it. I'm not sure if it was on this site or on DR, but I've searched and searched with no luck. Basically, someone fabbed a beautiful polygonal inner fender, starting with a wire frame and then welding in the pieces to the wire. Awesome stuff, I'd like to do the same on my Bronco. Any help on this would be hugely appreciated!

    Thanks

    Sy

Fabtech did this on one of the demo trucks. It was a few years ago and on a Ford.

Thanks! Are you talking about this one?

If yes, that's not the one I'm looking for. Fabtech's uses curved aluminum pieces, whereas the one I saw was done with triangular aluminum pieces cut and welded together.

I don't think that's the truck, but that's definitely the kind of work I'm looking for, so THANK YOU! It also led me to the Farris Motorsports truck (built by Fab?), whose work is also brilliant and is eerily close to what I remember seeing (maybe it's exactly it, and my memory is just shot?) So... here goes with all the related work I found thanks to Erik:

Really nice work, thanks. Would you consider making another batch for a Bronco to ship?
