is 2011 a good year to come back to lucas?

so i havent been on a track in almost two years now and im itchin to get back.. with that said is 2011 a good year to come back? our team is low on funds and support. the car is all ready to go except updating safety equipment and some minor changes to motor. im really just wanting to know if we should put all our eggs in the basket or hold off and save a little more. any thoughts would be appreciated..
