Nope, buld from the Mini Cooper Countryman Mini SUV, I'm sure they build some other parts beside the motor from the X3 into it but claim in general it's a separate design.

Body indeed is MINI, but inside it's BMW X3 CC. So basically it's rebodied XC3 just 20 cm shorter and 10 cm lower.
