I heard 'peninsula run' rumors as well but the dates SCORE has on their website indicate a loop race, with contingency Thurs, the race starting on Fri and the awards on Sun. If it were going to La Paz or Cabo, the race would start on Wed or Thurs. Not saying they can't change it, but unless someone can point to something more official than that, it's still just a rumor.

Usually SCORE announces a peninsula run pretty early so people can start planning and saving their cash. Since we just finished a peninsula run SCORE would ESPECIALLY want to make an early announcement since tradition would lead most to assume it's going to be a loop race.
