If you have ordered anything and have not yet recieved your parts I advise you to contact your credit card company or Paypal ASAP if you want to get your money back! Also on the 1st page in the classified section "parts for sale" he is selling stuff he may not even have!!! Ad ID is # 30667 DO NOT SEND MONEY TO HIM!!! Be sure you phisicaly see the parts before you hand him money!!

Hmmmmm..there's a fishy smell to your post. First of all, your other nine posts on RDC allude to the fact that YOU sell parts...second, you never gave any specifics, like, "I (or someone I know) purchased something and never recieved it, but was charged...third, "he is selling stuff he may not even have" you say, but then again, he MAY have it.
Besides, I don't know of any "Desert Nation". I know of Dezert Nation though....

I love when a company goes out of business every one uses it as an escape goat for there own short comings. Since I was a young lad I had made a promise not to get involved in high school rumors, but I figured I should say some thing in my defense for the people that do not think I am a scoundrel.

Rob are you kidding? I gave you $950 for bug parts and you gave me nothing but lies. I sued you and won, and you still haven't paid me. The suit was for $1300 and the intrest keeps going up! And this was 8 months ago!

well that pretty much sums it up .hope you get your money back .but unfortunately the court system sucks ,but pain and suffering works well if you dont have a witness .its kinda like a dam if you do and dam if you dont .this seems to be the norm now days with people because they know that the courts wont do anything about getting your money back ,it will cost you more in un paid time from work trying to recover your court order than its worth .
a lot of companies copy each other in some form. how many ways can you put a dana 44 on a van? if i remember right cone copied stock car products hubs.
that’s what america is all about, some one develops some thing and if they don’t protect it, some one will still it and may make a few changes on it.
sorry to here about your business. this economy really sucks and i hate gearing about business having to close doors.
