Its all a matter of driver preference, Justin davis just won 2 of his 3 first races in an ES mid engine. Rear engines are easier to work on though.

I personally love the rear engine set up. But then again...I've never driver a mid engine.
I base my opinion on if its friendly to work on and I like the weight balance. Either way ES has it covered!
