Nicely done! Been awhile sence I've been around the austronuat training swing! Looks like a great and fun course. Out of towners will have a lot of fun with this one.
FYI with this course so close to wheeler road and Superstion there will be alot of people in that area. Spectators that won't know about the "rules" and maybe not care. Some won't know there's a race until Saturday morning. Please be on the look out for people in that area.
I can't wait!

Great point Eric. With the weather expected to be in the high 80's low 90's we will see many off-roaders and campers over on the Superstition side that will have nothing to do with the race. Snore might want to consider keeping a rover in that area to be able to let the general public know that there is a race going on and to please stay back. Most wont know what is the course and what is just a trail they want to ride on.

I will be spectating in this area and will do my best to put the word out. Also with the higher temps I would guess the number of people out at Superstition just riding would go down. But I expect a lot of people will be there from Calexico and Mexicali to spectate.

The Whirly tower has been completely removed by the Navy.

This is a very good point, I think everyone needs to really keep their eyes open for non race vehicles from Check 1 to maybe a little ways past Check 2, this will be a high speed section and there will potentially be riders cruising around in that area that know nothing about the race.
The superstition area along Wheeler road is a very popular family camping / off roading area with kids that tend to wonder off on their bikes and quads in that direction.

Coming down Coyote wash one year at 100+, coming around some brush and seeing a quad facing you head on, in the middle of the course is was no joke! EXPECT non race traffic on course!
Chasers and spectators need to do our best to keep them off.
