CVs
Which CVs are you guys running? Polished or not? Undersize balls or standard size? Anyone running lightened? Been having problems the last couple races, using Gear 1 polished inners, don't remember on the outers. They were race prepped though. The Gear 1's are too small OD to fit the bearing in the hub. We hear good things about Fortin CVs, any input? Kartek, or Race Ready?

Re: CVs
We use cvs from Mckenzies and have never had an issue with them. I would not recommend Gear one to anyone. We have nothing but issues with their stuff

I use the McK race prep CV's as well. I had the OD turned about .003 so that they would slide into my Midboard hubs easier. It didn't even take all of the knurling off the side and now it slides in way easier.

Re: CVs
Has anyone tried the Race Ready cv kit with boot, flange, and grease? Or whatever is in it.

We're actually running Tatum hubs, but don't see 930 prepped CVs on the website. I guess we could call Rich.
