909 starts the vorra yerington 300 in fresh snow. the start was delayed 30 minutes because of the weather. allright my southern california 9 guys.. next year come up for a great race for nine cars.
Post race update: i didnt get to finish, first gear went south and took the ring and pinion . front end worked great, thanks doug silcock..

Did we mention that the 9's and 11's start first, an hour (or so) before the class 1's... At Y-town the last car left the line and less than a minute later the first 9 car came thru finishing his first lap. Fresh track, clean air, and an extra hour time limit...

Great course and format. Who would believe racing in the snow on Memorial day weekend! Started third, had problems each lap and lost the clutch on the last lap. About the only problem I did not have was the Silcock beam! Long tow from AZ, but lots of fun. Can't wait to do it again.

We lucked out on the East end of the Nevada. Our race was Saturday. The snow didn't get to us until Sunday. We just had to deal with wind and rain. (And a broken ball joint...).

Not going to make it this year. I strongly encourage those that can, VORRA is a great org. and this is a fun race.
