Vildosola TT ?

I heard this last night that the Vildosola TT was testing and it took a few rolls and now the truck is totaled. Now I guess the team is working 24-7 to get it ready for the race.

Any one have any other details about what happend?

Dan.........Totaled is short for "total write" off.....that means that the truck would be thrown away.... This is how rumors are started. Accidents like these are sensitive to race teams and sponsors. Have your facts correct before you post. Over the years The McMillin family has been victim of similar inaccuracies.

Well not to attck annyone Dan did say he "herd" that the Vildosola Trophy Truck had rolled. I dont think he was trying to start any rumors. Simply informing the rest of us of the unfortunate accedent had occured. Now someone else posted after him and corrected what Dan said and what he did not say. That Rob was behind the wheel, and that the truck was not totaled, and they were trying to get it back together for the 500. I thought that this was a part of posting.

I heard the truck was "totalled" and thats why I was asking if someone esle had information that was more accurate. I should have used a different word than totalled.

That happen to us when we raced protruck in 97, a few days before the 500, definetly some long nights....

guess you have to be carefull what you say, some people take desert rumors way to seriously... If that was a rumor you were starting dan... hahhhhahah..lmao

From first hand information, (we chase for Vildosola) looked totalled but it wasnt, all the fiber glass, front bumper and spare tire carriers were damaged, looks like the car was finished or was gonna be finished today...all cosmetics.
