GPS what?

We just got a used car and it has a nice gps set up on it is a lowrance. I know the last race they did was last years 1000. Now when i turn it on it says i am in ensenada i guess its got the corse on there. But how do i get out of that mode? I need a instruction manual. Because i know that it has more features than i can ever figure out how to use without a manual. It is the globmap i600 i belive. So any one can help me out ?????
