It is also small enough that I can throw it in the truck and haul it to races.
Want to pick up one so I can take it with the travel trailer. Can you tell me if you've run it with a generator, if so, how big (watts) was it? Thanks.

The smallest generator we have on the team is 4000 watt and it handles the compressor just fine. If you get one, follow the break-in procedure.

I have a 2lb HF deadblow that has held up just fine, and even if it fell apart, i would nat care as it was so cheap. I also was in a bind one time and purchased the 24" 1/2 breaker bar, only used it a few times, but again, did its job fine.

Bought a box their black HD disposable work gloves. Oil resistant, thick enough not to tear but not so thick to work with and they are, of course, cheap.

Picked up a new vice for the bench yesterday. My 20+ year old one finally bit the bullet. Picked up the blue 6" one they sell, first impressions using it quite a bit yesterday is it does it's job fine. I cranked down on it pretty hard a few times and the jaws held up, no issues so far. Time will tell...
Electric auto body saw, ehhhh, mediocre at best but it got the job done for cheap. The air one sucked!

That HF vise will not stand the test of time. Search craigslist for a good old american made vise, there are tons of them out there, search for wilton, Chas Parker, columbian, Morgan, Printiss, yost, reed, athol, american scale, morgan to name a few, these are quality vises, the older the better. You can pick up good vises for between 50 cents and a buck a pound depending on what you find. Swivel base is preferred, and no vises that have been welded.

Re: harbor freight tools that don't suck
I agree with blue dog. There are many WELL MADE vices out there for cheap on Cl and elsewhere. Some may need a bit of rebuilding, but they are CHEAP for the quality and will last a lifetime. I've gotten my vices all for $10 or under and while I don't have any really cool, old 6"ers I do have a 5" and a few 4"ers!
If my truck sits higher in the front - do I have a prerunner?????

Re: harbor freight tools that don't suck
Man it didn't even cross my mind to check CL for a vice! Well that and I broke it Sat night and needed to keep going sunday morning so HF was the simple quick fix for a fairly cheap price. Will keep that in mind though for when this one finally bites the bullet. Like I said, time will tell for sure how well it works and lasts.

Impact drill has worked flawlessly for rotating my wheels and moves things along alot quicker, made some suspicious squeaks the other day but oh well, guess if it implodes in my hand I'll know that something was wrong.
