I'm liking my 24" adjustable wrench. I don't use it often but when I do it works fine.

I've had real good luck with HF 1/2 breaker bars, their die grinders and air drills, and an electric power washer they sell.

Re: harbor freight tools that don't suck
The 110v flux welders are terrible. My first mig welder was one of them and is does not do well on anything but thin sheet metal and it is hard to get clean welds with it. It can be done but not the best way to go. In my case I used a stick arch welder for most of the welding on my first buggy when I was 17.
A Miller or Lincoln 180amp 220v mig welder with a tank of argon/CO2 would be a good start for a home grown hobby welder. You can do a lot with it.

Re: harbor freight tools that don't suck
ive got a few harbor freight tools, there die grinders cant be beat. also there bearing race install kit looks as good as any snap on kits that ive seen. Also, just picked up a 3 ton race jack and found out that Dirt Tech is building a quick release mount for them real soon. I got on the list for one right away. That Crapman jack was only worth the weight in aluminum.

Anyone tried the 1 ton chain hoist from them? Hope to pick up one off craigslist this weekend for some light duty (300-400 lbs) in the shop. I read on another forum a guy liked his a lot but I wouldn't mind hearing more opinions than just 1
