From what I understand. Korey Holipoff is his new prep/fab guy. And I also understand it was a pretty good gig. I dont blame Korey in the slightest. He is trying to put food on the table for His GF and kid. I really hope he doesnt get screwed here. He is a good dude. But looks like he will.

Just like someone else I know mecham will continue to screw everyone till there is noone left. then he will be on the receiving end.

BMSOwner, I never once said the mechams owed me money. I dont know there story. and in my opinion there are 3 sides to every story. I simply stated I hope they dont screw Kory. He is a good person with a great work ethic. I enjoy seeing him and talking and having drinks to him at races,preruns and events. I know why he moved to AZ. So please dont send me personal messages telling me why I should delete my post.

As for my last comment about screwing people, Its a small community, word get around quick. That comment goes for anyone trying to screw a vendor. If the mechams truelly didnt screw anyone then im sorry for saying it. But I will not delete it.

Guys you can file a report with phoenix PD. Arizona it is a felony crime to write checks knowing that it will bounce. Az has some strick guidlines and it caCheck with n involve jail time and freezing of assets. Don't bother with the small claims the value you are talking about exceeds quantity. If you file a police report it will be a permanent record and this will not only follow him but it will creat a trail of theft and can become a bigger issue for him than you think. Check with your local county attorney they may have a bad check policey. I am in Yuma az and they take that SH@# serious!
