Love the schedules and the input from the racers. Any word on the Powder Puff? I have a potential sponsor, left JC and email and a text but didnt get a reply. Hope to see everyone this in Floresville!

Find out any info on the powder puff? We would like to start planning but all I have heard is that there is supposed to be one in Austin on new years.... barely enough info to even get excited about..

We are still trying to finalize some details with the location but here is some info.

It will be a powder puff fun run poker style on new years. Each racer will do 5 laps and grab a card after each lap, best hand wins. Prizes will be given out for at least the best 3 hands. We will have pre-running in the morning and the fun run in the afternoon. There will be 2-3 heats based on the number of entries. Once all of the details are finalized we will have registration forms available online. Since it is a one day event, we are going to require all entries to be registered and paid 10 days before the event. We are trying to make this family friendly so we are going to come up with something for the kids to do which they can also win prizes.

As soon as we get the track details finalized we will post with all of the race details.

Who wants to show off their race truck this Friday night in El Paso?

I need a nice race truck to display with all lights on and a revving motor for 10-15 min friday night. The only driving needed will be off and back on the trailer. Give me a PM and we can discuss the $$$. 1st choice TT or 8 truck but lets hear what you have! It is for a private high end team building project but will only be needed as a prop.

Fun run means we all win.... I hope it's all kept simple, easy and fun. I'm looking forward to racing with EVERYONE after this last weekends inpromtue race summit held at the Torc event in the pits. Are we going to 6th street afterwards??? Driving the racecar and taking her out on a date.... I might get lucky!!!???

I am always aware that behind every silver lining there is a grey cloud. LOL.
We will for sure be there. My wife is pumped! And I'm excited that she is pumped because that is way better than her being upset that i "tinker too much with the car"! HAHA!

Yep!! With a fun run and not technically a race, less expensive and lower entry fees and lots more fun!! And I finally get to drive and not work for once!!!
