How Many Members are There? [Problem Solved]

I am working with some high up political allies. I am trying to give them numbers as to how many racers are out there. I see at the bottom of the "Forums" front page that there are 25,871 spectators and 3516 racers. Does that mean there have been 25,871 guests log on? Are there 3516 RDC members like me? I'd appreciate the clarification.
