torque for 22RE timing cover, H20 and oil pump

Just conaned the head off a bolt for the water pump I'm putting on the 22RE in my 4runner. It occurs to me that a) since I don't need the engine tonight and b) I actually own a torque wrench, I should c) find out the proper foot pounds to torque the bolts for the timing chain cover, oil pump and water pump for an 86 yota 22re.

Anybody have a shop manual they could look those numbers up in?

    Wanna sell it?

    thanks!
