Hi, I'm Justin a civil engineer from Tauranga in New Zealand
I come to offroad racing from 4WDing. I currently own a Nissan Safari (Patrol) LWB TD42 (4.2 turbo intercooled diesel) on 33" tyres. It is my tow wagon and current 4wding rig. The race truck is still under construction and is a Nissan Safari MWB cut into cab with a tube deck, VH45 set up to winch challenge and race Class 6 (road legal 4wd). I've co-driven in a supercharged 4.0 Lexus powered coil sprung Hilux in the winch challenge scene. I crew for my mate with a Class 6 Toyota Bunderra (Landcruiser Lite) powered with a V6 Commodore engine (Buick V6 3800). His son runs a Kiwi Truck (Trophy Kart).
There is a push to introduce Pro-Lite as it's own class here and we and another of our mates are going to build some, so I need info.
