Randy is diggin like a mad man. Over 4000 feet of F1 Safety fence at this track is keeping the crew busy!!

With 4000' of F1 fence you'll need to pour 4000' of stem wall.

More Stem Wall around Turn 1.

All the pads for the grandstands and walkways in front of the grandstands are poured. Grandstand will be going in within 2 weeks.

Here's a shot of the Duramax on top of the Ski Jump. We are going to see HUGE AIR off this jump. The Step up to table is behind this jump and is 15' higher then the Ski Jump. Nice elevation changes for the racers and spectators.

Im not sure if it was posted but whats the distance on the step up from lip to knuck? is it bigger then firebird? I would guess so with these speeds..

Here todays update since Ken is up at the Mint.

Four truckloads of grandstand parts and pieces showed up today and were unloaded.

Starting to lay out and erect four sets of grandstands.

There will be over 2000' of conduit ran from outside the track into corners and various track locations, timing loop runs and conduit across drive paths. The Lucas Oil Studio team runs thousands of feet of fiber optic cable at each race to access camera locations.

Where's the picture of Ken working, he told me he does everything- We need pics of him with a shovel or broom in his hand. I would want his job and not yours (Lee). Talk to some racers?????Take some pics?????? write a little thing on the web???? and then ask everyone to give you something for your race car????? Ken , I have some used ear plugs for you.
