Congrats to Hogan, Kovach and Kincaid Racing Engines. Both 4.5 Fords and no engine failures ALL YEAR from Kincaid racing engines, good job. In this class you need every HP to beat these guys.

Lets not forget the congrats to JT Holmes, who battled with Hogan all day long and was leading by over 4 mins! a bad alternator and only one working light on the light bar gave the lead to Hogan. Great job to both teams!

Everybody was leading when they broke.. But Holmes was having a great day with no fuel stops? Figure that alternator out and a win could be right around the corner.

Gary Kincaid built us an awesome engine that's for sure! Neil Mason builds a heck of a truck too! Jimmy did an amazing job in prep this year and even minor shock changes per request he was spot on with! Thanks to all you guys! Thanks to Al for asking Rob and I to run with him this year. We had a blast running against Dave and all the great trucks in the 7200 class. Its too bad Dave had problems we would have liked to beat him running...haha! Holmes ran a blistering pace and had he not had issues he would have won Henderson. Rob and I knew we had the championship coming into the finish but were shocked to find out that we were the first 7200 in! Somehow we didn't see Holmes, the dust was hanging on the lake bed and we could only do like 50... anyway, all Hogans crew are awesome and has been great working with them.
One more note.. Gary Roth (one of Hogans long time crew members) wife passed about 2 weeks ago. He was at the race and told us at the finish when we were in the closing minutes of the race, he said he talked to the old girl and asked if she could help us out! Thanks for looking down on us...
