Who is racing the Parker 425? With the race being about 6 weeks out, I know teams are preparing for the 2014 season. I pre ran and raced Parker this year but will not be able to make this event due to our new car not being finished yet. I am looking for a team to join to help with driving duties as I have over 10 years driving experience in class 1, 10 & 8. I have all my updated gear, mechanically inclined and can bring trucks/team for pit support. If interest, I can send you a racing resume, references and in car footage. I would also be interested in helping out with co-riding. PM or email if you have any questions. Thank you!

Looks like this year they will be allowing UTV's!

"The Parker "425" Pre-Fun Run will be a 1-day only pre-fun run on Sunday, January 12, 2014! This will
be your only opportunity to see the Parker "425" course! You will be able to pre-run in any vehicle you
want, but you MUST have a license plate on it; however, NO Motorcycles, Quads are allowed on the prefun
run. If you want to bring a UTV you must call first and get approval, only certain models will be
allowed. The pre-fun run will leave very early, we will cover the entire 142-mile loop in one day and we
recommend that you make a reservation at the BlueWater Resort & Casino for Saturday night, January 11,
2014, they will accept a Saturday night, 1-night only reservation ~ (888) 243-3360 ~ Call today! We will
be collecting a $50 fee from everyone on the pre-run, this is a mandatory fee. We will be stopping and
having lunch along the course; the fee includes lunch and a long-sleeve t-shirt. You must be pre-entered to
receive the t-shirt, so get your name and size logged in, no later than Dec 31st!"

Next week it will be filled. Most don't register until they show up for the pre-run. If TT is still at 25 this time next week start to worry.

it seems from the past ,most that are entered before pre run are those who are committed to participate in the pre run. then like jimmy8 mentioned some will register just before the pre run. Ive seen a good amount of race teams who were unable to attend the pre run, still make it to the race. I know I heard on the rg interview he said, he be back at parker for 2014 and read on some other teams who will attend, but have yet to enter.

I would venture to guess that Robby will enter the HST after he gets back from SA to put some more "test" miles in competition on it.

Really? That's cool. I don't remember them ever racing Parker.

I doubt it. And if he does I can't see him driving it. He wants redemption from last year I'm sure. That course is his back yard so to speak and he loves putting a hurting on the big TT class that Parker attracts.
