Anyone been out to the Bouse spectator area? Is it worth the drive out there. We usually watch at Shea rd. Thx

Years ago we used to alternate. One year at Shea and the next year at Bouse. I prefer Shea better because its up high but it does get very crowded.

There are two spectator areas in "Bouse". The one at the turn in the race course is usually more crowded, lots of locals. The other spot is a little less crowded, a lot of folks bring their motorhomes out and stay for the weekend.

So maybe camp at shea rd and run out to Bouse spect. area. SPECTATE for awhile and back to shea road? Thanks for the help spectators. It helps to have people with good advice. Saves time. My first Parker was 1985 in the snow.

Shea road at the cattle guard is the best spectator area period. Though the 1st pit via bouse is the second.

Spectator Info - by order of the BLM. We recommend ALL Spectators go to either Shea Rd, The "Y" at Bouse, or the upper Bouse Area. Those are the only (3) locations to spectate. Do not come to the Main Pit, there is a 25 mph speed limit in the Main Pit and you will not see high speed racing if you come to the Main Pit.

bouse or shea? the main pit sucks? first time at the race
