Just got back from pre running the course at Glen Helen and it was awesome. The track has washes, elevation changes, not many rocks and a cool course on the inside of the stratum. There is room to pass throughout the entire course. Any car can race this course that can race in the desert. Saturday we will be able to pre run in the stadium until four. We can per run the entire course from two to four. The vibe here is so positive. Everyone is just so happy that this race could be pulled off in short a short amount of time. There is a sea of pinkness everywhere. Every team has really gone all out in there props. The race is all about the cause ... To save the Ta-Tas. I honestly think this venue is better than the desert because everyone can see so much of the race. Saturday night after the first race there is a BBQ and band that will be playing along will a mobile bar. The raffle has great prices including a custom BBQ that was created just for this event. Camping and entry to the park is free for all. There is plenty of parking for busses and motor homes. The race fee's are still in effect for participants of the race $250 to more and $125 to cedars. Tech is tomorrow from 830 to 1. Drivers meeting 1 pm. First race is from 4-6 on Saturday. Sunday the race starts at 7 am and ends around 3.
