Who the hell took all the rooms for the Mint? I was just told the SNORE Block is 100% full and there is nothing available for Saturday Night.

    Suggestions?

I just canceled 4 rooms for the mint yesterday. I wish I would have known they were sold out. I could have sold them to the highest bidder on here.

You must know someone with a motor home or trailer. Offer them a ride in the car in exchange for driving out and letting you and the team stay with them. After they set up the RV tell them your insurance won't let you take them in the race car. Be sure and smile really big and give them a team t-shirt. That's how the DA pulls it off......

You are right it is not a SCORE race.2008 SCORE San Felipe 250 140 pre entered 4 wheel vehicles, 2007 primm 300 had 191 racers. SNORE Mint 400, 275 pre entered. I dont think it is a snore-score issue I think it is a hotel room issue.

275 makes me a bit happier...I heard it was only 150 entries. Where did 275 come from?

Maybe they are all going for the kenny loggins concert at Buffalo Bills that night.

For those doing the Best in the Desert Race in April there, make sure you book quickly cause I heard rooms are going fast that weekend since there are two big races there that weekend. BITD - Terribles 250 and National Sand Drag Association - Primm Nationals behind the Primm Valley-

Here we go -- another innocent thread turned into a SCORE bashfest! The only one who can complain about last year's change is Jesse Jones -- he was pissed to find out that Pacific Ocean water is much colder than Sea of Cortez water!

Troy -- good one! Can you say BROTHEL on RDC?
