Riot Racing’s Sammy Zaranti
Sammy Zaranti, chief mechainic of the Riot Racing Trophy Truck team in Las Vegas Nevada was recently diagnosed with transverse myelitis, a neurological disorder of the spinal cord caused by inflammation brought on by a virus. He is now paralyzed from the waist down. For the last few months Sammy has been spending most of his time in the hospital trying to walk again rather than wrenching on the Trophy Truck.
