10/24/09 Off Road Expo in TJ

It is that time of the year once more, where everyone anticipates to the BAJA 1000 and preps their race gear. We also are getting ready, and to do so this year we come back once more to present the 2nd Tijuana Off Road Festival.

It is with great pleasure and through these lines that we would like to invite you, to participate in this great event together with family, friends and staff, which will take place on Saturday October 24th 2009.

The event’s main purpose is to raise funds on behalf of the Tijuana Fire Department, being how they are a non-profitable organization and are currently in need of our support to upgrade their gear and vehicles. Therefore all earnings for the entrances to the event will be awarded to the Tijuana Fire Department, and the main attraction of course are all the Off Road Race Trucks, Cars, Bikes, Quads, etc., which will participate or have participated in the BAJA races.

This year we will be having our 1st class event in the Parking Lot of the Tijuana Caliente Race Track, in which we will have all the amenities required, such as an outdoor stage with bands playing live, food and drink stands, kids zone, stands with T-shits and hats regarding off road and of course access to the casino, in case someone wants to try their luck.
We will also be visited by various local shops the make fibers, perform suspension modifications and other that make engines, and of course some of the big name sponsors such as Fox Racing Shox, Monster Energy, and General Tire (just to mention a few).

As an added value for being a participant to bringing and showing off your vehicle(s) there will be a special VIP area where the drivers will be able to mingle amongst themselves and remember passed days, all this attended by the TECATE Señoritas. In addition to that, our also sponsor Pueblo Amigo Hotel will have a special rate to host you and your family, in case you prefer to be in town on or two night prior to the event.
In regards to security, we have cooperation of the Tijuana Police department and Caliente Security Staff, which will be very attentive throughout the event, and in case you feel it is necessary we can also arrange for police escort.
We also can arrange for escort vehicles in case you feel is necessary, which bring us to the Security issue.
