This Month’s Episode Of Hot Lap Is Jam Packed With Mustang & F-150 action
MALVERN, Pa. (April 18, 2016) – In this month’s episode of Hot Lap from AmericanMuscle, video host Justin Dugan take a tour of the Hurst Factory and takes their Hurst Elite Series S550 Mustang for a spin, video host Stephanie Wood goes over some new parts and a parts give away contest, Justin builds a 2016 3.5L Ecoboost F-150, ending with some 2018 Mustang news.
Hurst Factory Tour
Starting off the February episode of Hot Lap, Justin travels to California to get a tour of the Hurst Factory, checking out how they put together some of their most popular parts. Hurst gives an inside look at their methodical process for assembling and checking every shifter, so that each shift is consistent and in spec with factory guidelines.
After getting an overview of how Hurst does things at their factory, Justin got the chance to hop behind the wheel of the Hurst Elite Series 2015 Mustang GT, which is outfitted with a mix of Hurst parts such as a shifter, lowering springs, an exhaust system, and more. In typical AmericanMuscle fashion, Justin takes the Mustang out for some donuts and puts it through its paces.

Stephanie introduces the RTR Spec II Chin Spoiler for all 2015+ Mustangs, going over product features and key design elements. She also introduces a parts giveaway from AM that offers $7,000 in mods.
EcoBoost F-150 Build
Justin goes over the features of one of AmericanMuscle’s fleet F-150’s, a 2016 3.5L EcoBoost XL. Over the course of the segment, Justin upgrades the truck with a mix of parts, including everything from a Zone 4” Lift Kit to a set of Fuel Wheels and an MPT Tune, finishing the build up with dyno results and first impressions.

This month’s episode of Hot Lap finished up with some 2018 Mustang news, going over the key highlights from the vehicles reveal.
