Jim Conner Racing Joins Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series

Corona, California (November 24, 2009) – Jim Conner and the Jim Conner Racing program has come to an agreement to bring the largest contingency program in off-road racing to the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. Connor, who’s involvement in off road racing dates back to his days racing in the SCORE International Off Road Racing Series as well as the Nissan Motor Corporation Off-Road Race Team Manager, brings four decades of experience to the short course racing series.

“I have received immense interest from a variety of companies that we work with about participating in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series,” said Jim Conner. He continued, “The Series has developed a reputation within the industry as being well run and highly organized. We are looking forward to being a part of their continued success.”

With Conner’s involvement, the companies involved with his program will be integrated into the existing series contingency program to create the richest contingency program offered in off road racing. The program, while continued to be managed by Contingency Director Tanya Vanillo, will feature additional companies offering both cash and product awards to race participants.
