VORE to Host 2013 Ford Raptor Round Up Festival in Las Vegas, NV November 9th

November 9th will be an off-road day to remember, as the Southern Nevada Ford Dealers present their cornerstone annual event, the 2013 Ford Raptor Round Up Festival… And did we mention, it’s FREE?!!!

WHAT: 2013 Ford Raptor Round Up Festival
WHEN: November 9th
WHERE: Vegas Off Road Experience compound in Boulder City, NV
COST: Free

Come drive a fleet of brand new 2013 Ford SVT Raptors on a professionally-maintained short course track and experience VORE’s new hill-descent ride-along course.

New this year are a few awesome additions to enhance your experience.  See the festival from the air in a helicopter ride.  Their sponsor partners will be installing their product on Raptor owner’s trucks in the VORE Live Install Garage and will have displays spread amongst the festival grounds.  Gourmet food trucks, including Fukuburger, Chuck Wagon and Wha Da Pho, will be on hand to satisfy everyone’s appetites.  The RaptAwards will be judged by a blue-ribbon panel, where Raptor owners will compete for a number of prizes.  Celebrity races, an air show and drifting exhibitions will all be going down at the halftime show.

Bring the kids!  KidZONE will feature a monster truck bounce house, Raptor simulator, rock climbing wall, face painting and activities to keep the little ones smiling all day!  Finally, our raffle to benefit the Nevada PTA will feature after-market parts and accessories from all of our partner sponsors, as well as many Las Vegas adventure packages including VORE tours, zip lines, sky diving, gun ranges, golfing and Grand Canyon Helicopter tours.

What a pathetic event no vendors out there a huge line only to be able to drive on the dirt at15 miles an hour. Would have been better off going to the dealer to drive one at least you could get it up to 65 mph and hit some potholes. You would have thought after SEMA being here in town they would have invited some vendors out

Vaughn Gittin Jr. said ”The one thing that’s really cool about this event is being out here and hanging out with my people. All the enthusiast, everybody that enjoys motor sports, enjoys playing in the dirt – it’s a good time. Obviously the jumping trucks, getting crazy in the dirt and going door to door was a good time but I’m really just enjoying myself hanging out with everyone.” ”It’s a pretty rad event. I got to come out and take the Raptors out on the short course and also jump in the VORE trucks,”
