I have a suspension related question I hope you can answer for me. What adverse effects does the rear shocks being at 105* at full bump have on the rear suspension. Long travel car, 2800 lbs, 3.5 honda motor, 2d trans, class 13 sportsman 4 seat car. In Barstow, when it gets big, the rear susp. feels like it is stiff to a point, but then the last 4 inches or so, feels like the suspension collapses, until bottom. I have 2.5 coil overs x 14" and 2.5 By-passes x 16. Tha car definetly gets into the bump stop of the by-pass shock, car uses all but last 1/2" with 9" of groung clearance at bottom. Valving in the by-passes are maxed, with .20, .20, .15, .15, .15 I think. The coil overs ahve stock valving. I can add more valving in the coilovers, but I am wordering if I am fighting a loosing battle, and just need to move the shock mounts.. Thanks for your opinion. Joe Micklus #1369.
