Plain and simple He should have been disqualified from the deviation of course and he wouldnt have had to argue all the other infrindgments.. BUT however I do think the deviation penalty is too harsh. It should be modified.

yes i meant rod ends... and sounds like a good idea but i dont know how they will hold a 5000+ lb truck up.. but it is a less expensive route..

hmm thanks for that.. ya i can get autoCAD student version and have one of my friends help me with it but much rather use plywood and cardboard for mock up and what not... it feels easier to me and more of a feel then just the cad program but thanks for that.. ill use cad still but ill also do...

Do you think tie rods will hold for inner arm mounts? are bushings not the best to use? i would prefer using uniballs all the way around but thats gonna add up! hah

what gauge steel should I use? both sheet metal and Tubing? Im not exactly sure what to go with ..

ya I see what you mean. as far as arm lengths.. know that there has to be certain lenghts corresponding to each other.. is there a formula or a basic rule of thumb on UCA and LCA lenghts?

well how good are you at fabbing with metal? you could make your own steering links and throw on some heims... not too hard plus you save on buying a kit.. just build off the rod coming off your pitman and idler arms... ditch the link connecting from those to your spindles and make your own with...

thanks for that advice... I suppose i will run 7/8s inners and outers... now about they uniballs and misalignment spacers... what sizes should i run? Im leaning more towards fabbing up my own spindles but not sure yet... as far as the arms... i want to make boxed lowers and a custom...
