    1997 ranger build

The rear wheel studs were 11/16-16 while the front was 1/2-20. Making all 5/8-18 was a major bitch. I ended up having custom 5/8 lugs made by summers brothers for the rear. The front got desolate motorsports 5/8. I drilled out the front to fit the larger stud.

    1997 ranger build

Here is a 4th of july update! Not that the 4th matters as every day is independence day. Ill be away for a while on orders so the build will be slow. Recently got wheels and glass mounted. A few aspects are only part done, need to buckle down and finish 1 thing at a time.

    Wheel lug question

Haha i literally laughed when i read this. Honestly not sure if you were trying to help or making fun* of me. I agree a .500 stud does not fit in a .625 hole.... duh. But there is such a thing as a "shoulder" with knurls that is .625 then steps down to a .500 thread.... i guess that was my...

    Wheel lug question

Trying to replace 5/8-18 lug with 1/2-20. Hubs came with rear end. But replacing wheel studs and cannot find anything that works for weeks. Which option is easier? 1) enlarge feont lugs to 5/8 and machine 6 wheels. 2)reduce rear lugs to 1/2 to match front and wheels?
