100+ cars in Code\'s Mexicali- San Felipe race..

Code's Mangiamos 300 race from Mexicali to San Felipe on nov 9th has 101 cars pre-registered for the race (including 16 class 7 trucks and 17 1600 's) !!, depending on all the racers who dont sign up till race time !! Im estimating 130 +cars, not including bikes.
Looks like its gonna be a fine weekend for racing in Baja....

make that 116 pre registered cars, start drawing held yesterday, i guess the info will be up later......

Yes they all ready have 116 cars pre registered and with real big numbers in almost extint classes: 5 Open and 7 Open here are some number on the top classes and the entries on them:
Class 10 7 cars
Class 8 6 trucks
Class 1-1600 16 cars
Class 5 7 cars (Were have been a race with at least more then 3 off this class)
Class 7 19 trucks (We need more numbers for this one)

In a good race on the past years, you have see more then 3-4 Class 7 trucks, on this race we have some 19 with at least 6 or 7 very competetive names-trucks like: Chad and Perry Mcneil, Hector Salazar (On his New CURRY Fab Ranger), Jason Jernigan, Rene Cuevas (In a New Willy Valdez Ranger), Rick Taylor, Enrique Guerrero (In a Rented Willy Valdez Ranger), just to name a few there also some pretty good locals that have very good oportunity to chase the: 60% payback and the $1,500 Dlls for the first place, the second and third places also there going too have $1,000 and $500 Dlls plus the payback.
It be great too have another Class 1's in this race we only have Myles Wyatt and Jimmy Nucles on the Ex- Nick Baldwin AWD (Nye Frank build). On the San Felipe Race we have the debut of the New Nick Baldwin Trophy Truck, Scaroni Pro Truck and other ones.

This race its going to have a lot of Baja toughest terrains and hopelly more then 120 cars on the race.

18 or 19 class 7 trucks it is hard to not race this. Thanks to hector for putting up some money and the fact that the entry fee is 300 dollars this will be a good time by all. CODE has well marked courses and they put on a good race. Close to Brawley is also a plus

FYI, The Outlaw will be racing Code Class 1 if Dyno testing goes well this week....

there are now 22 class 7 trucks for this weekend. just got back from prerunning and this is going to be a fun couse with a little bit of everything sand ,whoops ,dry lakebed ,rocks,and small mountains. fish tacos at san felipe too.
